Quick Wiki Roundup

I use wiki software in practically everything I do. One of the problems with this kind of software is that (and this is why this is a quick roundup) because Wikipedia runs the Media Wiki software.

WIkipedia running Media Wiki is an unintentional problem, kind of like the slashdot effect, but for development. You see, since they use Media Wiki software, and they’re the most popular wiki, the most development gets spent on Media Wiki…

So today I go and set up a quick PHP Wiki, and it hasn’t changed in a year practically. This is the effect I’m talking about, no significant changes in a YEAR. This is ridiculous, I’m going to check out any other quick wikis that don’t require databases and see if they’re sufferring the Wikipedia effect too.

Oh and, for what it is worth, I don’t hate Wikipedia. I actually do some editing there.

No food for test team unless you make with the clicky-clicky:
